Mr. Qiu Guolu (Glen)

Chairman, CEO

Mr. Qiu Guolu (Glen) is the Chairman and CEO of Perseverance Asset Management. Previously, Glen served as Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of Investment Committee of China Southern Asset Management. Prior to that, Glen worked as General Partner of Wedge Capital Management, Partner and Portfolio Manager of Altair Navigator Management, and Portfolio Manager at Plinthos Capital. In 2018 Glen was named as one of the “20 best fund managers in China Fund Industry’s 20 Years” by China Fund Journal.

Mr. Deng Xiaofeng

Partner, Chief Investment Officer, Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Deng Xiaofeng is Partner, Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of Perseverance Asset Management. He has 24 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Perseverance, Mr. Deng was Managing Director of Equity Investment Department of Bosera Asset Management.
In 2024, Mr. Deng was recognized as one of the "the 15th Anniversary Golden-Bull Prestigious Investment Managers" by China Securities Journal.
He was the winner of Five-Year Golden Bull Private Fund Investment Manager（Equity）in 2022&2023 by China Securities Journal. In 2018 Mr. Deng was named as one of the “20 best fund managers in China Fund Industry’s 20 Years” by China Fund Journal. He was also one of the 9 winners of the 10-year Special Golden Bull Award by China Securities Journal in 2013.

Ms. Sun Qingrui (Grace)

Partner, Senior Portfolio Manager

Ms. Sun Qingrui (Grace) is Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager of Perseverance Asset Management. Prior to joining Perseverance, Ms. Sun was Director of Equity Investment Department of Bank of China Investment Management. She was one of the 9 winners and the only female winner of the 10-year special Golden Bull Award by China Securities Journal in 2013.

Mr. Zhuo Liwei

Partner, Chief Research Officer, Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Zhuo Liwei is Partner, Chief Research Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of Perseverance Asset Management. Prior to joining Perseverance, Mr. Zhuo was Partner and Portfolio Manager of Greenwoods Asset Management, and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of CCB Principal Asset Management.
Mr. Zhuo was the winner of the 3-year Golden-Bull Award for Equity Hedge Fund in 2015. At Perseverance, he won the Yinghua Award for Best 5-year Equity Strategy in 2021 and the Golden-Bull Award - Best Equity Hedge Fund of the Year in 2017.

Mr. Feng Liu

Partner, Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Feng Liu is Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager of Perseverance Asset Management. Prior to joining Perseverance, he was a famous independent individual investor in China, recognized for his unique contrarian investment philosophy and style. Mr. Feng is a four-time winner of the Golden-Bull Awards and a three-time winner of the Yinghua Awards.

Mr. Wu Renhao (Richard)

Partner, Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Wu Renhao (Richard) is Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager of Perseverance Asset Management. Prior to joining Perseverance, Mr. Wu served as Director of Equity Investment of Asset Management Department of CICC, Senior Portfolio Manager and Research Executive of SAFE Investment Company Ltd., and Portfolio Manager of GTJA Allianz Funds (now known as CPIC Fund Management Co., Ltd) and Allianz Global Investors Asia Pacific Limited.
At CICC, Mr. Wu’s team won Yinghua Award – Best Asset Management Company among Securities Companies (Equity) of the Year in 2018.
